Refund policy

Thanks for shopping with us at Little Mae & Me, we hope your purchase brings joy!

We offer store credit on returned full priced items only.
Please note we are unable to accept returns on sale items as these sales are final. This excludes store wide sales which we shall still provide a store credit for returned items.
* Item/s must be in original condition – unwashed, unworn, unstained with all tags attached.
* The item/s must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
* Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
* Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for any purchases made using our buy now pay later payment - AFTERPAY.
We do offer a store credit for colour and or size changes.

PLEASE NOTE due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the below products:
- Soothers & Teethers
- Beanies & Hats
- Hair Accessories
- Underwear
- Bedding

However, if an item is faulty, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your goods so we can assist you in fixing this.
